Butch Anthony, an Alabama native, will bring his “Museum of Wonder” to the Wiregrass Museum of Art.
Art comes in many forms and for Butch Anthony, it comes from the woods, on the side of the road, from thrift stores and even the trash.
“I’ll find all my painting stuff dumpster diving and on the side of the road,” said Anthony. “People throw all kind of good stuff away.”
As they say, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. From Seale, Alabama, he started “making things” when he was.
